The Philippine Consulate General is inviting the residents of Guam, CNMI, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, and Palau to join the 10th Ambassador, Consuls General and Tourism Directors Tour to the Philippines from July 6 to 9, 2015.

This year marks the 10th anniversary of this program and the basic tour package will, for the first time, include both Manila and Cebu. The Department of Tourism has designed the program to provide guests with insights on Philippine culture, history and lifestyle. The program opens and closes with lively gala dinners featuring live music and ballroom dancing.

The basic tour package for 2015 is priced at $898 per participant, inclusive of round trip (return) domestic airfare between Manila and Cebu, and accommodations (double-occupancy) for five days and four nights at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza (in Manila) and the Radisson Blu Hotel (in Cebu).

Limited seats for up to 30 participants have been arranged with Philippine Airlines for round trip (return) airfare between Guam and Manila (valid for up to 14-day stay) for only $457.79 per passenger. You may also opt to book your own Guam-Manila-Guam flight as you please.

Registration for the 10th ACGTDT is ongoing up to May 15, 2015, and it is advisable to make your reservations as early as possible. A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required upon submission of the registration form. The deadline for the full payment of the tour package is on June 5, 2015. Tour itinerary and registration form are available at the Philippine Consulate General.

Interested participants may note that after the ACGTDT basic tour, they may also avail of post-tour packages to premier destinations outside Manila, such as Aklan, Boracay, Puerto Princesa, Bohol, Dumaguete, and Davao. These optional packages are at additional expense for the participant.

It is hoped that you would consider joining us for the 10th ACGTDT and help the Consulate General break the record for total number of Guam participants. Direct any further inquiries that you may have to Mildred C. Sayurin at telephone number +1 671 646 4620 or 588 5507, or via email at cultural.pcgagana@gmail.com. (PCG Agana)
