Conference of the Pacific Circle Consortium begins

The 40th Annual Conference of the Pacific Circle Consortium, hosted by the Public School System, Northern Marianas College, and RTI International, began this week at the Saipan Southern High School. The conference drew participants from Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Taiwan, U.S. mainland, Hawaii, South Korea, Palau, Guam, and other Pacific nations and territories.
