CNMI Judiciary operations schedule
Business hours for the CNMI Judiciary on Saipan for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, Sept. 28, 29 and 30, will be 8am to 5pm.
Business hours for the CNMI Judiciary on Saipan for Thursday and Friday, Oct. 1 and 2, will be 8am until noon.
On Rota and Tinian, business hours will be 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday, Sept. 28, through Friday, Oct. 2.
Changes to this schedule, and the Judiciary’s schedule for the week beginning Monday, Oct. 5, 2015, will be disseminated on the Judiciary’s website, www.justice.gov.mp, and through other media.
The partial day operations on Saipan are expected to continue until issues associated with fuel availability for standby power generation are resolved. (NMI Judiciary)
Military training at Farallon de Medinilla
The U.S. military will conduct training at the island of Farallon de Medinilla during the following dates and times:
• Sept. 27 from midnight to 4am and 9am to 11:55pm
• Sept. 28 from midnight to 4am and 7:30-9:30pm
• Sept. 29 from midnight to 4am and 4:30-11:30pm
• Sept. 30 from 3:30-11:30pm
• Oct. 1 from 2:45-5:30pm and 8-10pm
• Oct. 2 from 11:15am to 1:15pm and 6-8pm
The general public, especially fishermen, commercial pilots and marine tour operators are advised to stay clear of the area during the dates and times indicated.
The general location of the training on the island of Farallon de Medinilla will be on a 10-nautical mile radius on all quadrants. (PR)
CCA board meeting on Sept. 29
The Commonwealth Cancer Association’s board of directors will be holding its regular meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2015, starting at 3pm at the CCA conference room. SLLBI 2016 board elections on Oct. 10
Saipan Little League Baseball, Inc. will hold its general membership meeting for the election of 2016 board members on Oct. 10, 9am at the Gilbert C. Ada Gymnasium pavilion. All managers, coaches, parents, and interested individuals are encouraged to attend. (PR)
