Soroptimist sets Thursday luncheon meeting
Soroptimist International of Northern Mariana Islands is holding its first program luncheon where it highlights another local non-profit organization. On Thursday, Nov. 20, at 11:30am SI-NMI will have a luncheon at the Pacific Islands Club annex to hear Jill Derickson from The Compassionate Friends of Saipan. Reservations are available by advance ticket only; contact any SI-NMI member to obtain yours. Cost is $20 and includes lunch and the company of good friends. (PR)

Air Force training on Farallon de Medinilla
The Air Force will conduct training at the island of Farallon de Medinilla on Nov. 18 and 20, from 10am to 4pm. The general public, especially fishermen, commercial pilots and marine tour operators, are advised to stay clear from the area during the times and dates indicated. The general location of the training on the island of Farallon de Medinilla will be on a 10-nautical mile radius on all quadrants. (PR)

Workshop on Form W-2CM
This is to advise all employers that the Division of Revenue and Taxation, Department of Finance will be conducting a workshop for the Annual Wage and Salary Statement, Form (W-2CM) for tax year 2014 and other 2014 yearend filing requirements. The workshop will be on Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2014. The first seminar will be from 8am to 11am and the second will be from 1pm to 4pm at the Multi-Purpose Center.
