Thaiphi Austria named to Trine U’s Dean’s List
ANGOLA, IN—Thaiphi Austria of Saipan, a Trine University student, earned Dean’s List recognition for the spring 2022 term. Austria is majoring in civil engineering.
To earn Dean’s List honors, Trine University students must complete a minimum of 12 hours and have a grade point average of 3.500-3.749. (PR)

There will be scheduled power service interruptions on June 2 and 3, 2022.

– Momentary Outage Time: 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
– Area(s) Affected: Beach Road Garapan.
– Purpose: To replace an existing wood primary power pole to concrete pole along Orchid Street in Garapan.
– Circuit: Feeder 3
– Water Well(s) Affected: None
– Wastewater Facility Affected: 54 Lift Station, however, no areas will be affected.
FRIDAY, JUNE 3, 2022
– Outage Time: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
— Area(s) Affected: Navy Hill.
– Purpose: To replace rotted primary wood power pole along Navy Hill Road in Navy I
– Circuit: Feeder I
– Water Well(s) Affected: Calhoun Well 1 and Calhoun Well 5. No areas affected.
– Wastewater Facility Affected: None.

BankGuam Holding declares dividends
BankGuam Holding Company announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share for the holders of its common stock and a dividend payment to the holders of the company’s 4.97% Fixed Rate/Floating Rate Noncumulative Preferred Stock, Series A, at its board’s regular meeting held on Monday, May 23, 2022. The dividends will be paid on June 30, 2022, to shareholders of record as of June 15, 2022. (PR)
