Free Easter Egg hunt
Delia’s CUP, or Delia’s Community Uplifting Program, a nonprofit organization created by Delia Maratita Camacho, spouse of Saipan Mayor Ramon “RB” Jose Blas Camacho, will be hosting a free community Easter Egg Hunt on April 1, 2023, Saturday, at 9:30am, at the Minachom Atdao Pavilion.
The egg hunt will have three age divisions: for 1-3 years old, for 4-7 years old, and for 8-12 years old. Prizes will be given to those who collect the golden egg, the silver egg, the most number of eggs, and the most creative basket. (PR)
4.8-magnitude quake in Guam region
At 10:11pm on March 27, 2023, a report of a 4.8-magnitude earthquake occurred at 13.089°N 143.928°E in the Guam region. Water service interruption in San Vicente Tank Service Area
There will be a scheduled water service interruption in the San Vicente Tank Service Area Saturday, April 1, 2023, from 8:30am to 4:30pm
Area(s) affected: south of San Vicente, Upper Dandan Homestead, Naftan and Obyan.
Purpose: The scheduled water outage is due to the isolation of a mainline leak located on the Dandan Baseball Field
Roadway(s) affected: CUC operators will be working on the shoulder of the southbound lane on Dandan Road. For the safety of our crew, motorists are advised to cautiously slow down while driving in the area.
