Tinian scholarship reminders
The Tinian Municipal Scholarship Board would like to remind potential applicants the deadline submission for 2014 fall semester application, academic year 2014-1015. The application deadline is Thursday, July 31, 2014. Supporting documents are due on or before Friday, Aug. 15, 2014. Should you be interested in applying, you may request for an application via tinianscholarship@gmail.com or pick up an application package at our office located on the first floor of the Villagomez Building, San Jose, Tinian. Dr. Grant Walker elected to Board of Orthopedic Surgery
Dr. Grant Walker, the orthopedic surgeon who will be returning to the CNMI this fall to set up private practice, has just been elected to sit on the Board of Orthopedic Surgery for the 2014-2015 year. The American Board of Physician Specialties, Board of Orthopedic Surgery bestows this prestigious honor to only a select few senior orthopedic surgeons who demonstrate excellence and who reflect the high moral and leadership skills necessary to represent their institution.
