Chamber meeting next Wednesday

The Saipan Chamber of Commerce will have its monthly general membership meeting next Wednesday, July 10, at Hyatt Regency Saipan ballroom, featuring Kamana Mathur of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

The luncheon begins at 11:30am and with the meeting portion starting promptly at noon. Cost is $25 for Chamber members/$35 for non-members. Completion rites for boot camp participants

Guam Community College will be conducting a completion ceremony tomorrow, July 3, from 9am to 11:30am, at GCC’s Learning Resource Center for students who have completed the Future Builders of Guam Construction Boot Camp. These students have undergone a six-week training focused on carpentry, welding, electrical, basic blueprint reading and HVAC systems. Students also earned nationally recognized certifications in national career readiness, OSHA-10, and CPR/first aid. (PR)
