Veterans outreach in August
This is to inform all veterans that Tina San Agustin, the federal Department of Veterans Affairs legal administrative specialist from Guam and the CNMI, will be on Rota and Saipan for an outreach on veterans federal benefits. She will also be entertaining questions and assisting with claims.
-Rota: Monday, Aug. 13, from 8:30am to 4:30pm at the WIA Office
-Saipan: Tuesday, Aug. 14, from 9am to 4:30pm
Wednesday, Aug. 15, from 8am to 4:30pm
Thursday, Aug. 16, from 8am to 11:30am
The Saipan outreach will be held at the Office of Military/Veterans Affairs, Building 1364, Capital Hill.

CCA board meeting on July 24
The Commonwealth Cancer Association’s board of directors will be holding its monthly meeting on Tuesday, July 24, 2012, at 3pm in the CCA conference room located in Gualo Rai. The agenda includes reports from the president, steering committees, program manager, and program/project updates. All board meetings are open to the public. US Army Reserve center to close road
The U.S. Army Reserve Center will be conducting an exercise on July 19-20, 2012, The road on the west of the U.S. Army Reserve Center will be closed and only authorized personnel with valid military identification cards will be allowed to enter the facility. (PR)
