2016 W2-CM forms now available
The Division of Revenue and Taxation, Department of Finance has started distributing the 2016 W2-CM and Annual Reconciliation forms and instructions at their office in the Joeten Dan Dan Building. Businesses, employers, and all payroll service providers are encouraged to reserve forms needed by calling the Division of Revenue and Taxation at 664-1000 and 664-1098 or by fax at 664-1015. As a reminder, all forms are required to be filed at Revenue and Taxation by Feb. 28, 2017. (PR)

Chamber to host installation dinner
The Saipan Chamber of Commerce will not be having a general membership meeting in January due to the Chamber hosting the installation dinner this month every year. It will be held on Saturday, Jan. 28, 2017, at Hibiscus Hall, Fiesta Resort & Spa Saipan, from 6pm to 9:30pm. There will also be an exciting silent auction with amazing prizes. Tickets are $65/member and $70/non-member. Reservations can be made by calling (670) 234-7150. (PR)

‘Marianas-chan’ application deadline extended to Jan. 6
The Marianas Visitors Authority’s “Marianas-chan” (Marianas child) application deadline has been extended until 12pm, Jan. 6, 2017. Applicants must be 4-6 years old, reside in the Northern Mariana Islands and be a U.S. citizen. Interested contestants from Tinian and Rota are invited to submit an application with a 1-2 minute video of the contestant to info@mymarianas.com for call back to the Jan. 7, 2016, audition on Saipan.
