Ordnance detonation set today in Marpi
The CNMI Emergency Operations Center, in conjunction with the Department of Public Safety, and Navy EOD, would like to inform the general public that they will be detonating live ordnances at Saipan Blow Pit in Marpi today from 1pm to 3pm.
The general location of this activity will be at Marpi area within 200 feet radius on all quadrants to 200 feet above ground level.
Due to the danger imposed by this activity, acting governor Victor B. Hocog is strongly advising the general public—especially fishermen, commercial pilots, and marine tour operators—to stay away from this area during the time and dates indicated.
The cooperation and understanding of the general public is greatly appreciated. SSHS PTSA meeting on Feb. 25
Saipan Southern High School will have a Parent-Teacher-Student Association meeting on Feb. 25, starting at 5:45pm in the school cafeteria.
Everyone is invited to participate and receive updates on the school year and PTSA activities. Following the brief meeting, there will be mini workshop sessions that will provide valuable information on academic testing, financial aid for college, vocational training, and other relevant topics.

KHS progress report & Kagman Schools PTSA today
Kagman High School will be open to all stakeholders for mid-progress report today, Feb. 18, from 3:30pm to 5:30 PM in the Cafeteria.
Kagman Schools PTSA will be hosted in the KHS Cafeteria from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.
