In the season of happiness, Coca-Cola spreads good cheer to the Christmas drawing winners of “Bring Home the Holidays” promo.

Majority of the winners were first-timers who expressed surprise and disbelief when they received “the call” from Coca-Cola letting them know that, yes, they won in Coca-Cola’s holiday promo.

Kenji Onuma said that last year was his first time to join the Coca-Cola holiday promo. The restaurant manager, who entered five coupons from as many purchases of his favorite 12-packs, Coke Zero and Sprite Zero, won $250 shopping certificates. He said this was his second time to win in a raffle drawing. Encouraged by his winning streak, Onuma said he intends to put in more entries to increase his chances of winning in the grand drawing.

Lucia Aldan, a community educator from the governor’s office, was very busy preparing for her son’s Christmas weekend wedding when she got the notification call from Coca-Cola.

“For real?” was Aldan’s incredulous response to the caller from Coca-Cola who informed her that she won not just one but two prizes in the Christmas raffle drawing. “I’ve never won until now.” Aldan won $100 gas certificates and a $25 Subway Gift Card.

Aldan says that Coca-Cola has always been her favorite drink anytime of day. “I drink Coke in the morning, in the afternoon, and I’m so happy that the first time I won is from Coke.”

Comprising the rest of the winners are Angeles B. Bolido who brought home $100 in gas certificates; Juan Cuellar and Mariano Bermudes, with a $50 movie theater gift card each; Tyler Fitial and Hilda D. Sammis, one $25 McDonald’s Arch Card apiece; and Angela Cruzat, one $25 Subway Gift Card.

Coca-Cola will hold the grand drawing today at Joeten Shopping Center, Susupe from 5pm to 7pm. The grand prize, valued at just under $3,400, is a mobile and gaming package that includes, an iPhone 6, an Xbox One, a tablet, and Docomo’s Fusion 500 Online bundle composed of TV Plus (Ch 2 – 60, premium channels not included), 500 local cellular minutes with SMS, weeknights and weekends and local Max Plus Data online e broadband service.
