The American Red Cross-NMI Chapter’s annual signature fundraiser, Club 200, will be hosted this year at the Fiesta Resort and Spa Saipan on Oct. 4.

According to Kennedy Benjamin, ARC’s service delivery manager for health and safety programs, tickets will be sold at $200 for a couple.

For the past years, tickets were priced at $100 per person but Benjamin said that they are going back to the old practice of selling them for $200 for two persons.

This year’s Club 200 theme is “Lua Party” and will be its 26th anniversary, according to Benjamin.

“We are still on the planning stages so we haven’t confirmed about our prize structure but we will be having prizes again this year as well as a grand prize,” he said.

Last year’s grand prize was $15,000 cash. Other top prizes included two round-trip tickets to the United States, shopping spree certificates, $3,500 in cash, another round-trip ticket for within Asia, and many more.

Benjamin said the proceeds of the fundraiser will continue to help ARC’s mission in helping the CNMI and other nations during times of disasters. Proceeds will also help the daily operations of the office and training programs.
