MP United Footbal Club’s Andrew Chung is on top of the list of players with the most goals in the co-ed U13 division of the 2018 NMIFA Fall Youth League and he may remain ahead for a while, as the season is on hold.

Chung, after four games, has collected eight goals to lead his age group. He had a head start, as he knocked in seven goals in the first game of the season (against Kanoa Football Club-2) last Sept. 8. The MP United striker made his other goal in their match versus Kanoa FC-1. Chung will keep the top spot for a while, as Northern Mariana Islands Football Association has suspended the games in the league with Saipan still recovering from Super Typhoon Yutu.

Kanoa -2’s Chad Escaner is in second place with his six goals, while Kanoa’1’s Daniel Mar Pablo is at solo third with his five. MP United’s Dev Bachani, TanHoldings’ John Anthony Bergancia, and Mark Joseph Roque, and Kanoa-1’s Markus Toves have four apiece.

Meanwhile, Southern United Football Club’s Keisha Deleon Guerrero, Matansa’s Lolobeyong Benito, and MP United’s Sunjoon Tenorio pace their respective divisions.

Tenorio has the most goals in the entire league with his 12 to lead the U18 age group. He had four in their 6-0 victory over Kanoa during the division’s opening game and five in their second round meeting against the same team. Versus TanHoldings last Oct. 20, Tenorio recorded three goals.

Tenorio’s teammate Oliver Lee is at far second with four goals, while another MP United player, Skyler Poon, and TanHoldings’ Mark Esalan have three each.

In the girls U16, Deleon Guerrero is slightly ahead of Matansa’s Jannah Casarino with the former recording six against the latter’s five. MP United’s Maury Zon Tybaco, Stellalou McCallion and Kanoa’s Sharmaine Francisco and Paulyn Joyce have four apiece.

In the boys U16 division, Benito’s seven goals gave him the lead over TanHoldings’ Taka Borja, who has collected five. Kanoa’s Ian Karl Maniago and MP United’s Kason Quimzon have four each.
