Chow Time is open once again and serving well-loved dishes that will surely satisfy what your taste buds have been craving for. Going on their fifth year in 2020, they serve classic Filipino cuisine from appetizers, main dishes, to dessert, and in some occasions serve local cuisine and other Asian dishes.
According to manager Anna Liza Guancia they temporarily closed last March 28 for everyone’s safety. “We started accepting orders for pick-up and deliveries because there is a demand from our loyal customers. When the entire staff came up negative on the COVID-19 test and after sanitizing our entire facility, we decided to open the store again last May 4,” she said.

Guancia added that it’s not easy convincing customers to fall in love with your product and service. “Quality of your food items and services and how you manage your customers’ expectations plays a big role to be successful in the food business. It’s how you let them know that you care. Every customer has a different need but we always try to meet them. We want our customers to be satisfied once they step out of our store.”
Chow Time currently serves food combos for lunch and dinner and every rice meal order comes with a free drink. “ One dish choice is only $4.50 and two dish choice is only $6.50, inclusive of rice. Once or twice a week, we announce a 50% off on selected food items 50 minutes before closing. We usually announce this kind of offer a day before the date of the promotion,” Guancia said.

“Aside from the food and service that we offer, I believe establishing a positive work environment, lots of prayer, and a gazillion of patience will be your reliable sources of strength… just like any other business, we have experienced losses but those help us get through and that is the secret of our staying power,” Guancia added.
