With the arrival of a new Disaster Medical Assistance Team, or DMAT, a second satellite clinic in Dandan in the parking lot of the RJ commercial building is now operational. This is directly across the Commonwealth Utilities Corp. and will be open to the public by noon yesterday.

The Dandan Typhoon Response Clinic will be open everyday from 8am to 4:30pm and will run until Nov. 16, 2018. Services offered include limited vaccines, triage, first aid, limited pharmacy, urgent care, and limited public health services such as family planning.

Patients are asked to bring a form of identification and a list of any medications they are on. Patients can also bring in their prescription bottles to show the providers.

The first satellite clinic is in San Antonio.

Also, the Commonwealth Healthcare Corp. had a medical outreach yesterday, Nov. 8, at the Nutrition Assistance Program office in As Lito in the morning and in Kagman near the Brother’s Market in the afternoon. (PR)
