Chamber, ITS present ‘staff motivation and development’ seminar

The Saipan Chamber of Commerce and Island Training Solutions proudly present “Staff Motivation and Development”, a training seminar focused towards maximizing sales and rapport through enhancing employee relationships and skill development.
With this seminar, participants will learn how their current approach to employee relationships and communications are aiding performance and loyalty in the job. This seminar will demonstrate ways to maximize sales productivity through the preparation and confidence of employees. Confidence in the workplace demonstrates its efficiency through self-motivated employees, ease in the handling of complex situations, and enthusiasm with customer relationships.
Participants will also gain knowledge in traits for sales and productivity. In addition, participants will learn the benefits of encouraging growth in employees- raising higher understanding for company goals and pride and ownership in their work. Though this training seminar is greater beneficial for management positions, training administrator, James Arenovski, assures that “line staff and other employees would all greatly benefit from this seminar”.
