Chamber golf tourney set for Saturday

The Saipan Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Golf Tournament is set for this Saturday, April 30, at the Laolao Bay Golf & Resort’s west course.
The annual fundraising event provides financial support for the Chamber’s scholarship program, which awards local students seeking higher education to better contribute to the CNMI community, and other Chamber programing opportunities.
The Chamber’s Annual Golf Tournament will be using a two-person scramble format.

Golfers of different skill levels will have a chance to win amazing cash prizes in the two categories, which are Team Gross and Team Double Peoria. First place gets to take home $800, while second place and third place pockets $650 and $500, respectively.
In addition, golfers have the opportunity to add a little competition with optional play contests for a chance to win $150 in cash prizes per contest. Golfers will also enjoy complimentary swag bags courtesy of the Chamber members, on-course snacks and refreshments, and post-tournament refreshments.
Showtime for the Chamber’s Two-Person Scramble Annual Golf Tournament is at 6am and a shotgun start at 7am.
