The Chairman M restaurant within the Imperial Pacific Casino has revive local favorite Noodle Bar menu—this time available 24 hours.
According to Lucy Guo, Imperial Pacific vice president of hospitality and affairs, they decided to revive the menu to entice local residents to visit the Chairman M restaurant. The kicker is, the menu is now offered 24 hours a day. The Noodle Bar was formerly located inside the DFS T Galleria, where the Best Sunshine casino used to be located.
The menu remains the same, with the top 13 most delicious and affordable dishes from the Noodle Bar restaurant.
Chairman M brought back the Macanese Roasted Pork ($16), the Cantonese Roasted Duck ($16), Shrimp Wonton Soup ($10), Fried Crispy Shrimp ($15), Sweet and Sour Pork ($15), Broccoli with Beef Top Sirloin ($18), Spicy Pot ($18), Stir-Fried Seafood Noodle ($12), Pork and Seafood Grilled Gyoza ($12), Shrimp Spring Roll ($12), Chinese Pancake ($6), Braised Beef Noodle Soup ($12), and the Almond Soya Pudding.
Chairman M takes pride in offering extraordinary food at low prices ranging from $6 to $18 at most and at such low prices, you can enjoy these mouth-watering dishes prepared by two-time Michelin star chef Chen Haisong.
Haisong said he is dedicated to bringing Michelin star-level dishes and experience to the Saipan community and its tourists.
Guo said that reviving the Noodle Bar menu is about bringing top quality and affordable food and service to the CNMI and its tourists.
Saipan Tribune was able to speak last week to a few who came out to give the Chairman M restaurant a try. According to one, it was his first time to eat at the Chairman M restaurant but he would definitely be returning because of the ambiance and the affordable and delicious dishes.
“We didn’t plan to have dinner here…. but we came to check it out….and the food was just right…everything turned out right,” he said. “…I would definitely be recommending this place.”
