Casting call for Miss Saigon in Guam
In honor of its fifth anniversary, the Guam Philharmonic Foundation Inc, in collaboration with World Theater Productions, will present the Tony award-winning, critically acclaimed musical Miss Saigon in Guam this fall 2022. The musical is a modern adaptation of Puccini’s Madame Butterfly about the timeless story of tragic love set in Vietnam around the fall of Saigon in April 1975.
In line with this, World Theater Productions is now accepting video auditions until March 31, 2022. Email your résumé, headshot, and audition video (link or file) to audition@wtpguam.com. Successful candidates will be invited for call backs.
The production also needs a pit chorus, orchestra musicians and dancers, and technical crew production management. Email your résumé to misssaigon@guamphilharmonic.org.
World Theater Productions, led by executive producer Margarita Dancel, has presented popular favorites like Les Misérables School Edition, RENT, and Mamma Mia! in Guam.
