On Monday, 12 winners of the Imperial Pacific Holdings International’s 2nd photography contest were presented to the public from all three divisions: Head Start/Kindergarten, elementary, middle school and high school. There were over 350 entries submitted that focused on a theme “Celebrating Who We Are.”
