The CNMI Weightlifting Federation organized the Northern Marianas Cup Weightlifting Tournament and its president, John Davis, congratulated all the weightlifters for a successful event, even though he did remark it may have been the longest tourney of such kind as far as he could remember.
“This is actually a good learning process. But more than that you guys will be in the [International Weightlifting Federation] website. You’re going to be in different places as time goes by,” he said.
Davis said the CNMI Weightlifting Federation will host another weightlifting competition in June.
