Why do grownups spend a lot of time in cafes? Opened in January 2020, Twinkle Kids Land & Café now makes sure young ones also get to have fun in a cafe and play until their hearts desire.
Essentially a children’s café, its main feature is of course a playground for children to enjoy. Parents waiting for their children are also taken cared of as Twinkle Kids Land & Café also has coffee, smoothies, and some snacks for them to enjoy.
“We’re essentially an indoor playground with snacks and drinks, a children’s photography, and art education! Twinkle Kids Land & Cafe is a kids café! We have a playground for children to enjoy for two hours and we also have a cafe for parents or anyone to enjoy,” a representative of the business told Saipan Tribune.

Twinkle Kids Land & Café have been getting rave reviews since opening more than a year ago with one parent praising the facility’s cleanliness and bevy of activities children can enjoy.
“Today, I took my kids to play in a great entertainment place. The kids like it very much. The shop is very clean and feels very comfortable. If the kids are over 3 years old, they will have fun by themselves, and the place inside is very safe and suitable for small children. When children play, they will definitely take their children to play more often in the future, and adults can also relax,” one parent wrote on Winkle Kids Land & Café’s Facebook page.

Another satisfied parent said Twinkle Kids Land & Café “is a great place for kids to exercise their gross motor skills which gives parents/guardians a break to relax.”
Currently, they have a 50% off promotion every Monday where entry tickets are only $5 (down from $9.90) and Tuesday selected drinks are 50% off.
As far as COVID-19 is concerned, Twinkle Kids Land & Café said they fully adhere to the guidelines set by the Governor’s COVID-19 Task Force. “We follow all the guidelines by wiping our café tables and chairs after every family and for the playground and sanitize the toys/ball pit every two hours!”

Twinkle Kids Land & Café, however, lamented the negative effects the pandemic has done to its operations. “COVID-19 affected our operations because our main focus are kids, but we know parents are very careful with the outbreak toward their children so not much families came by as much as when we open. But when it started to calm down, we started having more and more families come in once again.”
Twinkle Kids Land & Café is open from Monday to Thursday, 2pm-7pm, and from Friday to Sunday, 2pm-8pm (unless they have a private party, then they’re close for the reserved day). For the playground, entry ticket for every child is $9.90 for two hours. Children need socks to play, but if you do not have a pair, they sell them for $2 a pair.
