Navy awards $12M contract for housing operations

SANTA RITA, Guam—Naval Facilities Engineering Command Marianas awarded a $ 12,960,577.00 firm‐fixed price contract to Wolf Creek Federal Services, Inc. (small business-Anchorage, Alaska) for Navy housing operations, maintenance and change of occupancy maintenance services at Naval Base Guam and Andersen Air Force Base, Commander, Joint Region Marianas.

The work to be performed includes the management of housing operations, the maintenance and repair of family housing units, unaccompanied housing units and provides any services, maintenance and change of occupancy maintenance in both vacant and occupied units. Sixty percent of the work will be performed in Santa, Rita, Guam and forty percent will be performed in Yigo, Guam. Work is expected to be completed in October 2014.

This contract was competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities Online Website with three proposals received. [I](USN)[/I]
