Gov. Eloy S. Inos was discharged yesterday from the Commonwealth Health Center after he was admitted Monday for what the administration said was “flu-like symptoms.”

“He is out, but worked from home,” press secretary Angel Demapan told Saipan Tribune yesterday.

Despite the governor’s hospitalization during a flu season, the administration said the governor is in good spirits and continued to review and sign off on pertinent documents.

Lawmakers said they wish the governor to get well soon.

The governor, who was on Rota over the weekend along with some officers of the Republican Party, has also been undergoing dialysis treatment but the administration and his supporters said this has not hampered his ability to lead the CNMI.
