Patients at the Commonwealth Health Center will have a more comfortable stay after Delta Air Lines donated 200 retired Delta duvet blankets from their Business Elite Class.

Chris Concepcion, sales account executive; Daisy Sablan, station manager; Alex Palacios, ACS station supervisor; and other Delta Air Lines representatives delivered the duvets for patients’ use at the Commonwealth Health Center.

On hand to receive the duvets were interim CEO Esther Muña, Medical Affairs director Dr. Sherleen Osman, hospital administrator Jesse Tudela, CFO Cora Ada, facilities director Warren Villagomez, treasurer Delia Johnson, and other CHC staff.

Muña and Osman thanked Delta Air Lines for their generosity. “We are very fortunate to be the recipient of these comfortable duvet blankets from Delta Air Lines and it’s worth mentioning that they have been generous with us in the past. To have Delta Air Lines assist us in our effort to improve our patients’ experience at CHC is huge!”

Osman said the comforters will be used by patients in the inpatient wards and recovery rooms. (CHCC)
