[B]Flights to bring more than 900 Chinese visitors to Guam[/B]
[B]GUAM[/B]—United Airlines has announced it will operate charter flights from China to Guam for the seventh consecutive year to meet growing demand.
The airline will offer a total of six roundtrip Boeing 737-800 charter flights from Shanghai and Beijing during the 2014 Chinese New Year peak season and expects to bring a total of more than 900 visitors from China to Guam.
“We’re excited about working with our travel agency partners and United’s sales team in China to again bring Chinese visitors to Guam,” said Sam Shinohara, United’s managing director of Business Development for Asia Pacific. “United is the leading airline between China and the U.S. and we are using our knowledge of the market to promote Guam as an attractive beach and shopping destination to travelers from China, which represents one of the world’s fastest-growing markets for leisure travel.”
