BREAKING NEWS: KCHC in Kagman re-opens

Share

The Kagman Community Health Center re-opened its doors Saturday morning, ending the almost two-week-long drama that affected medical services to people in the eastern part of the island.

KCHC’s re-opening was made possible after the Governor’s Office transferred the land license, through the Department of Public Lands in coordination with the Office of the Attorney General and the Governor’s Office legal counsel Gil Birnbrich, to the Kagman-based facility.
Gov. Ralph DLG Torres signed the transfer document late Friday night at the Marianas March Against Cancer event at the Hopwood Middle School.
Moe details to follow.
