BREAKING NEWS: Contempt charge against Gov. Torres dismissed

After nearly two months, Judge Pro Tem Alberto Tolentino has finally issued a decision on the many motions brought before him in the Office of The Attorney General’s case against Gov. Ralph DlG Torres.

Among the orders issued yesterday, Tolentino ordered that the contempt charge filed against Torres be dismissed without prejudice.
