BREAKING NEWS: All clear conditions for Saipan, Tinian; Rota still on Tropical Storm Condition I

Homeland Security and Emergency Management has declared an All Clear Condition for Saipan and Tinian, while maintaining Tropical Storm Condition I for Rota as Chan-Hom is slowly moving to the west-northwest at 3 mph.
As of 3pm today, the National Weather Service tracked Chan-Hom, with maximum sustained winds 50 mph, at 105 miles south-southwest of Saipan, 95 miles south-southwest of Tinian, and 30 miles southwest of Rota
HSEM said Chan-Hom is expected to be somewhat erratic in the next several hours before it begins moving more towars the northwest in the next few days
Residents are advised to maintain necessary precautionary measures due to gusty strong winds, heavy rain showers, and possible flooding in low lying areas
HSEM said residents are also advised to secure loose objects around their property to prevent possible catastrophic consequences as a result of strong winds
