BOH Hagatna, Harmon branches resume normal operating hours

GUAM—Bank of Hawaii resumed normal operating hours for its Hagatna and Harmon Branches starting last Saturday, July 1. The operating hours of both branches are 9am-4pm on weekdays, 9am-1pm on Saturday, and closed on Sunday.
The power outages following Super Typhoon Mawar previously resulted in diminished air conditioning mainly at its Hagatna Branch; however, the issue has been resolved.

Call center operations remain open to assist customers. West Pacific region customers may continue to contact Bank of Hawaii through its Call Center at 1-877-553-2424 for Guam and Saipan. Bank of Hawaii ’s Call Center on Guam will be automatically re-routed to Hawaii.
Online and mobile banking services will continue to operate unless power interruptions are experienced.
