BoG promotes Quichocho, Leon Guerrero to SVP
HAGATNA, Guam—Bank of Guam has promoted two officers to senior vice president posts.
Janice Quichocho was promoted from vice president/Lean Six Sigma to senior vice president/chief retail and card services officer, responsible for the Guam, CNMI and neighboring island branches, ebanking group and card services.
Quichocho, who has been with the Bank of Guam for 30 years, has most recently been trust manager, e-banking and neighboring islands regional manager, risk officer and compliance manager and retail banking group manager.
A graduate of John F. Kennedy High School, Quichocho has certifications as a business resilience manager, anti-money laundering specialist and regulatory compliance manager.
Lesley Leon Guerrero has been promoted from vice president/customer experience director to senior vice president/chief experience officer, responsible for the bank’s customer experience, marketing and branding
Leon Guerrero, who has been with the bank since 2011, has managed the customer experience area.
She was previously with Guam Homeland Security (public affairs officer) and Recovery Coordination Office (project officer), Office of Civil Defense.
A graduate of Chaminade University, Leon Guerrero has a professional MBA from the University of Guam and is graduating from the Pacific Coast School of Banking in September 2019.
Leon Guerrero sits on the boards of the University of Guam board of regents, Junior Achievement of Guam, Guam Young Professionals, and Mercy Action Marianas.
