Blue Marianas Produxctions gets tips from IT&E

Marianas High School Junior Achievement company, Blue Marianas Produxctions, picked up some tips from IT&E during a recent field trip to the Joeten Kiyu Public Library.
“It’s a really great opportunity to meet some of the directors and managers of IT&E CNMI. As business mentors they shared successes and trials to help us to figure out a lot of important things in running a business,” Blue Marianas Produxctions said in a statement.
IT&E shared techniques in the business industry and also discussed how to ensure customer satisfaction and how to retain customers.
“For example, we learned that listening is one of the most important things to ensure that our customers are happy with our event hosting services. It’s expected that some might have complains but we can’t inhibit complaints. One of the best ways to satisfy them is to listen to them to find a way to resolve that problem and still retain their connection to our business program. As young achievers we must always be polite, open to everyone, and portray generosity,” said the MHS Junior Achievement company.
To cap off the field trip to the public library, MHS Junior Achievement’s JA Human Resources committee held a team building activity.
“It was really fun and helpful because we had a chance to know each other and build connections as a student body and business that will definitely help in our future endeavors. Our newfound friendships is the key to happiness as we entrepreneur together. Our happiness not our profits is our success,” said Blue Marianas Produxctions. (PR)
