BG Investment’s Leon Guerrero earns AWMA SM designation
BG Investment Services, Inc.’s board of directors, management, and staff are proud to announce that vice president/managing investment advisor representative Alexandra Leon Guerrero, has earned the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor SM (AWMA) designation and is currently the only AWMA designee on island.
The Accredited Wealth Management Advisor SM designation is awarded to those who successfully complete a course of study encompassing wealth strategies, equity-based compensation plans, tax reduction alternatives, and asset protection alternatives, subsequently passing a comprehensive examination.
Hired in 2011, Leon Guerrero joined BG Investment Services, Inc. following five years with Merrill Lynch (Guam) as assistant vice president/financial advisor. Prior to that, she was with ASC Trust Company for five years as a Special Projects manager.

Leon Guerrero is a 2005 graduate of the University of Guam’s School of Business and Public Administration and holds the FINRA Series 66 License – Registered Investment Advisor (Guam, CNMI, and California). She holds the following Professional Designations: Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) from the College for Financial Planning and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) from the Center for Fiduciary Studies fi360.
