Unpaid wages

I hope that the latest partnership agreement signed by the ambassadors of the Philippines, Honduras, Peru, and Ecuador with Secretary of Labor Hilda L. Solis will enable our fellow guest workers in the CNMI who have been patiently and/or hopelessly waiting for their unpaid wages to receive full payments of the money owed them under the laws of the United States. I am encouraging those who have unpaid salaries and wages to submit your claims to regional enforcement offices of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and to its Wages and Hour Division and a copy to our Philippine Consulate General. This is a great development in the case of foreign workers in the CNMI with awarded claims but were unsuccessful in getting their hard earned money from their employers.
