Two-way tie in B Flame Tree Division

VFW Post 3457’s Good Guys II and Jonny’s Bar & Grill’s Rehab are neck-and-neck for the lead in the Saipan Electronic Dart Association’s B Flame Tree Division after the conclusion of last Thursday’s matches.

Other Bud Light 2012 Winter-Summer Dart League division frontrunners are B Fanihi’s DJ Fish of SOS Bar & Grill, Master Division’s Ali’i Kamote of Es’y Kitchen, and C Division’s Sparks out of Jonny’s.

Good Guys II worked out a clutch 10-5 road victory over 19th Hole Bar & Grill’s Dart Freaks (84-96) to grasp a share of the lead over the B Flame Tree field with division rival Rehab who notched a 9-6 win over the third place Skoregazzzums (103-77) held at Joe’s Steakhouse.

Both leaders left Thursday with identical win-loss records of 105-75.

In other results, Jonny’s Retsa Sakudi II! (95-85) doused The Water Front (79-101), 10-5, at home, while Bammy’s Bar & Grill’s Lilapuhing (77-103) clipped SOS’s What U Got (72-108), 8-7, also at home.

Notables included a High In 160 by Good Guys II’s Justin Mizutani and a High Out 120 by Retsa Sakudi II!’s Manny Ada.

Also on Thursday, DJ Fish peppered VFW’s Dutty Gunz (78-102), 12-3, on the road and extended its lead over the B Fanihi field to 20 games. DJ Fish now holds 119-61 card.

Bammy’s DRP2 (99-81) made it past Jonny’s Adventurers (73-107), 9-6, at home to move into second place by a hair over SOS’s Lights Out (98-82), who absorbed a stunning 5-10 upset at home compliments of Naked Fish Bar & Grill’s IT&E-Na’Gupu (90-90).

Meanwhile, Es’y Kitchen’s Kitchen Shooters (91-89) defeated Poseidon’s One Shot (72-108), 12-3, in a home match.

Notables included a High In 160 by IT&E-Na’Gupu’s Fred Salavaria and a High Out 118 by Kitchen Shooters’ Edwin Orejola.

Last Wednesday, Ali’i Kamote cut through SOS’ Mixblood Rookies I (95-109), 13-4, on the road to improve to 132-72.

VFW’s second-ranked Maharot Crew (124-80) romped Bammy’s Sabalu Boyz (68-136), 14-3, to gain a game on the frontrunners, while SOS’ fourth place All-Stars (!08-96) grinded out an 8-7 upset over Bammy’s Aces (113-91) and the Destroyers (106-98) lit up the D’Companeros (70-134), 13-4, in a road match at VFW.

Notables include a High In 170 by Ali’i Kamote’s Jun Olita and a High Out 151 by Maharot Crew’s Julian Camacho.

Also on Wednesday, the Sparks corralled Hafa Mas! (78-108), 12-3, on the road at Naked Fish to improve its overall record to 108-72. The team now holds a five-game lead atop the C Division. Bammy’s second-ranked DRP (103-77) doubled up Oceanside Bar & Grill’s Shooters V2 (84-96), 10-5, at home and remain a threat in the standings.

In other results, Oceanside’s third place Shooters V1 (102-78) downed Naked Fish’s Island Apparel-Oh MG! (86-94), 10-5, in a home match, while VFW’s Party Rock (92-88) defeated 19th Hole’s Hole In One (62-118), 9-6, also at home.

Notables include a High Out-135 by Shooters V1’s Moody Zamora.
