Medical mission in Susupe on Sunday
Residents of Susupe and nearby villages can avail of free medical and other services during the medical mission of the Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ 4th Watch.
The event will be held on Sunday, April 22, from 3pm to 6pm at the Susupe basketball court at the back of Mobil gas station.
This marks the third medical mission outreach of the religious group for this year. The first two were conducted at the Garapan Roundhouse last Feb. 19 and at the Hi-Mart parking lot on March 18.
The free services available are blood sugar and blood pressure check-ups, eye screening, reflexology/body massage, cleansing/facial massage, haircut, and counseling. Refreshments will also be offered to attendees.
Church pastor Claire Javillonar said they have visited houses in the area to encourage residents to avail of the free services.
“We are inviting everyone, most especially our neighbors around Susupe,” Javillonar told Saipan Tribune.
Javillonar disclosed that they plan to bring the medical mission to Rota soon. She said they also welcome more volunteers for their monthly community service.
