A company that expressed interest in applying for a conditional use permit with the Zoning Office to operate outdoor amusement games in Sadog Tasi decided to withdraw its application.

Acting Zoning administrator Therese T. Ogumoro reported during last Wednesday’s board meeting that Top Shot Playstation officially withdrew its application pending completion of application requirements.

Top Shot Playstation proposed to operate on a 48,000-square-meter vacant land outdoor amusement games that will include paintball, archery, a shooting range, and bank trails.

The intended site is on track #22616 REM located in Sadog Tasi below Capitol Hill.

The area, which can be accessed from the Sadog Tasi Mobil gas station on Isa Drive or the Shell gas station along Chalan Pale Arnold road in Puerto Rico, is zoned as rural district.
