Thanks to, students from Brilliant Star, Kagman High School, Saipan Southern High School, Commonwealth Utilities Corp., and other volunteers about 300 lbs of marine debris was removed from the beach and properly disposed of. During last year’s Island Wide Cleanup, over 4,070 lbs of trash were picked up from our roadsides and beaches and properly disposed.

The BECQ is looking forward to a repeat success, so join BECQ’s 2016 Island Wide Cleanup and “Pick It Up!” Let us work together for the health of our coral reefs and cleanliness of our beaches for everyone to enjoy.
