Kagman High School will be celebrating its homecoming to commemorate 10 years on Feb. 11, 2012, from 9am to 1pm, at the Kagman High School courtyard (some events will be held at the basketball court. The school is inviting all current and former students, current and former teachers/staff, current and former administrators, and all education officials to the event. Intended activities include carnival games, class and club performances, food/snacks, pickup games of basketball and volleyball (alumni vs current students). [B][I](PR)[/I]
Manta Band selling raffle tickets[/B]
The Manta Ray Band is hosting a mega raffle ticket fundraiser for its trip to the 2012 Olympics in London. The group expects to sell 3,000 raffle tickets at $50 apiece. The grand price is $5,000 in cash. The raffle will be held on May 4. A ticket purchase entitles the buyer to meet and watch the band perform on May 4 with light refreshments provided. US, Japan, Australia air forces set training [/B]
The U.S. Air Force and Navy, Japan Air Self Defense and Royal Australian Air Force will conduct training on FDM on the following dates and times:
* Feb. 8, from 7am to 11pm
* Feb. 9, from 8:30am to 3pm
The Air Force and Navy will conduct training at W-517 on the following dates and times:
* Feb. 8, from 8am to 5pm
The Air Force will conduct training at W-517 on the following dates and times:
* Feb. 9-10, from 8am to 5pm

Red Cross sets training schedule[/B]
The American Red Cross-NMI Chapter will be conducting the Health & Safety training at its training room on Airport Road.
First Aid: Wednesday, Feb. 8, 6pm to 9pm
Adult CPR/AED: Thursday, Feb. 9, 6pm to 9pm
Pediatric CPR/AED: Saturday, Feb. 25, 8am to 11:30am
Pre-registration is required at least 24-hours prior to training date. A $70 course-fee is required to participate in these trainings. Two-year certification cards are issued at end of training. CPA amends procurement rules and regs[/B]
The Commonwealth Ports Authority is notifying the public that the CPA has promulgated amendments to its Procurement Rules and Regulations. The revised regulations established a Procurement Section; addressed the handling of abandoned property and salvaged property; addressed procurement during an emergency and calamity; updated the provisions regarding requests and proposals; clarified provisions relating to invitations for bids, clarified provisions relating to public records and the manner of their disclosure inclusive of the Open Government Act; and other minor and technical revisions.
