[B]JAMES T. ARENOVSKI[/B] [I]Delta Management Corp.[/I]

Jim T. Arenovski, with his two partners, owns and operates Delta Management Corp., which runs eight Shell service stations. Delta Management also owns Prime Group, Inc., an authorized distributor of pre-paid telecommunications products in the NMI and Guam.

Jim is also the principal of Island Training Solutions, a full service training company that provides OSHA and EEOC compliance, customer service and other staff and management development training programs. He is also managing director for Restaurant 360.

In 2011, Jim founded The Bridge Project, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides entry level job readiness training and works with employers to increase the number of U.S. eligible workers.

Jim has served on the board of NMI Crime Stoppers for 11 years and is currently its chairman. He also sits on the board of Crime Stoppers International.

Jim has been a part of the Saipan Chamber of Commerce since 2000. He has been a director, secretary, president, and vice president.

Jim has lived in the Marianas since 1987. Originally from Yarmouth, Massachusetts, Jim holds a master’s degree in Administration from Georgia Southern University. He is active in the local sport community, participating in Xterra, Tagaman, The Hell of the Marianas and various distance swimming events. He is married to Jill M Arenovski. They have two girls.

[B]MICHAEL S. JOHNSON[/B] [I]Deloitte[/I]

Michael S. Johnson is the managing partner of Deloitte on Saipan and in Palau and is a long-time resident of Saipan. Mike held the position of Saipan Chamber of Commerce treasurer for three consecutive terms in the early ’90s and has been the treasurer of the Chamber since 2005.

Mike came to Saipan in 1982 after earning a master’s in Business Administration (emphasis in accounting) and bachelor’s degrees at the University of Colorado in Boulder. He is a certified public accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the CNMI Society of Certified Public Accountants, and current President of the CNMI Chapter of the Association of Government Accountants. Additionally, Mike was selected by Bishop Tomas Camacho to serve on the financial advisory committee of the Diocese of Chalan Kanoa and is a past chairman of the CNMI Board of Accountancy.

Mike is married to Betty Hamilton Johnson. They have three children, Kathleen, Sarah and Andrew. Mike participates in various sports including golf, kayaking, biking, and triathlon. Mike is the current treasurer of the Northern Mariana Islands Triathlon Federation and the Over the Reef Yacht Club.

[B]JAMES E. NELSON[/B] [I]Docomo Pacific – CNMI[/I]

James E. Nelson is the general manager of Docomo Pacific – CNMI. He is a former manager of the Windward Hills Golf Course, senior business development executive for the Royal Orchid Guam Hotel, director of Marketing and Sales for Guam-based property firm JMSH LLC. He is also a former general manager of the Guam Visitors Bureau and director of Marketing & Government Affairs for Continental Micronesia, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Continental Airlines, directing the airline’s efforts in maintaining favorable relations with the Government of Guam, the CNMI, and the emerging nations of the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, and Palau.

James has served as president of the Guam Junior Golf League and as a board member for Guam Junior Achievement, Guam Crime Stoppers, Guam Major League, American Red Cross, Guam Chamber of Commerce, and the University of Guam Endowment Foundation.

Internationally, he served as a member of the board of directors of the Pacific Asia Travel Association from 1995 to 2000, and has served as chairman of the PATA Micronesia Chapter from 1996 to 1999. He also served as a member of the PATA Environmental Council.

James studied at Fairfield High School (Calif.), Solano Community College (Calif.), and the University of Guam. He has one daughter, Nicole.

[B]ANTHONY PELLEGRINO[/B] [I]Saipan Ice and Water Co., Inc.[/I]

Anthony Pellegrino is a businessman on Saipan since 1984 and currently owns and operates Saipan Sea Ventures, Inc., Saipan Ice and Water Co., Inc., Saipan Aquaculture Inc., and the non-profit Northern Marianas Trade Institute. He is also the president and shareholder of Arctic Circle Air and Marianas Meat Processing.

Tony, a public school teacher for 12 years in the United States and Japan, has a bachelor’s degree in Education from the Kutztown State Teachers College and a master’s in Liberal Arts from the Temple University, Philadelphia.

He is a former president of the Small Business Association in Hawaii, former chairman and director of the CNMI Board of Education, a former Chamber president, and a former Rotary Club member. He was also a businessman in Japan for 16 years and in Hawaii for 10 years.

Among the many projects he has developed and built on Saipan are the Outer Cove Marina and the Horiguchi Building and he was instrumental in having the Joeten-Kiyu Public Library built. As a member of the PSS Board of Education during his term of four years, he was instrumental in building 60 classrooms and five schools. He also started the Advanced Development Institute for high school student dropouts to obtain their diplomas.

Tony is married to Milagros P. Pellegrino and they have five children.
