Interisland transportation

Currently, the only mode of transportation between Saipan to Tinian and Rota to Guam is by airplane. Airline ticket prices to travel between the islands are costly and discourage people from traveling.

There is the possibility of shipping companies that service these islands to start transporting passengers. This would benefit many. Tourism would improve for Rota and Tinian and shipping companies can increase revenue. Rota is the perfect nearby getaway from Guam residents who want to escape from the traffic and noise.

The CNMI needs affordable sea transportation between the islands. The Tinian Dynasty ferry helped Tinian’s tourism by providing Saipan residents an affordable mode of transportation. Now the only option is costly air travel.
