[B]Jury cancellation[/B]
This is to inform all prospective jurors for panels “DS” that the jury selections scheduled for Monday, Jan. 9, 2012, at 8:30am in Courtrooms 223A has been cancelled until further notice. [B]Air Force training on Farallon de Medinilla[/B]Santa Rita, Guam—The Air Force will conduct training on the island of Farallon de Medinilla on the following dates and times:
-Jan. 9 and 11, from 9am to 4pm
-Jan. 13, from 8am to 3pm
The public—especially fishermen, commercial pilots and marine tour operators—are advised to stay clear from the area during the times and dates indicated.
The general location of the training on the island of Farallon de Medinilla training area will be on a 10 nautical mile radius on all quadrants. (USN)
[B]CCA board to meet on Monday[/B]The Commonwealth Cancer Association’s board of directors will be convening its monthly meeting on Monday, Jan. 9, 2012, at 12pm at the CCA Conference room in Gualo Rai. The agenda includes updates on Cervical Cancer Awareness Month, the board’s annual general membership meeting, MMAC 2012, and CCA’s program manager transition. Under New Business, the board is expected to approve CCA’s proposed budget for 2012, as well as reviewing CCA’s standard operating procedures. All board meetings are open to the public.
