A new clothing store is opening shop on island.

J. Anthony Clothiers, located across the Unity Dress Shop or north of Saipan Tribune office in Garapan, will open its doors at 4:30pm today.

The island’s first men’s-only clothing boutique, J. Anthony Clothiers is locally owned and carries an array of quality and affordable clothing and accessories for big and husky men.

Carol Santos, owner and manager of J. Anthony Clothiers, said she has had for quite some time the idea to open a clothing store that caters to the everyday clothing needs of the island’s menfolk.

“I am excited that what was once an idea is now a reality. I am more excited knowing that the men on island now have a place they can go to directly to shop for clothes,” said Santos.

According to Santos, clothing options for big and husky men in the CNMI is very limited.

“J. Anthony’s offers quality clothing for the typical island male at affordable prices—for every occasion,” said Santos.

The first 100 customers in today’s grand opening will receive a free bag from J. Anthony Clothiers. (Clarissa V. David)
