Let it be!
I am writing about H.R. 1466 for immediate relatives of U.S. citizens and FSM citizens. I would like to share my thoughts and opinions about this bill.
First of all, the people are really living in hardships right now and having financial problems. We the people should help each other and let’s try to bring the economy back up rather than to keep putting contract workers down or hurting their feelings.
Second of all, Governor Fitial needs to wake up and smell the coffee cause he is only mentioning that Filipinos are a burden to CNMI. What about the Chinese, Koreans and the Bangladeshis? We the people of the CNMI know that these Filipinos came to Saipan to work and follow the rules and regulations and to pay all their taxes. They are not a burden to the CNMI because if it wasn’t for them there will be no buildings or hotels in the CNMI.
Third of all, Governor Fitial should know where his wife came from, from the Philippines.
So just let Kilili Sablan do his job and do yours and please try to make the CNMI a better place and let’s stop all these hatred and words that are so painful to the contract workers.
Governor Fitial, is there any favoritism going on within the CNMI? If there is, please let it stop. Also, you should open your eyes even more because you don’t know who really is the burden of the CNMI for the people of Saipan. So just let this bill pass because are you willing to help U.S. citizens pay for their spouses’ green card? I don’t think you can, so please let it be. And lastly, to Mr. Kilili Sablan, I am really proud of you for all the hard work that you are doing for your people. Thank you and si yu’us maase.
