Superior Court associate judge David A. Wiseman has modified a bail order to allow the temporary release of one of two suspects in the burglary of a bar in Garapan where two bottles of beer where stolen.

Wiseman on Friday allowed 23-year-old Christopher Raymond Kaipat to post a $200 cash bail and $1,800 unsecured bond, instead of the $2,000 cash the court earlier imposed.

Kaipat was released to his aunt, who will serve as a third-party custodian.

The judge barred Kaipat from having any contact with his co-defendant, Mwoloscholopi Crisogino Litulumar Romolor, 24, and to stay away from Round Two Bar.

The Office of the Attorney General had charged Kaipat and Romolor with burglary, theft, conspiracy to commit burglary, and conspiracy to commit theft.
