Employers must now use standard I-9 in the CNMI

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is reminding employers that beginning on Nov. 28, 2011, they must begin using the standard Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, for all new hires. The final day to use Form I-9 CNMI was Nov. 27, 2011.
