DPS seeks info on car robberies
Crime Stoppers is seeking the community’s assistance for information on several recent car burglaries.
Last Nov. 18, a white Hyundai four-door sedan had its front passenger window broken and a Kenwood car stereo stolen. The car was parked in the parking lot of Hi Mart in Dandan. The victim parked the car at 10pm the night before and discovered the crime early that morning.
Last Nov. 21, a white 1995 Toyota Camry parked outside Sablan Apartments in Chalan Kanoa, (behind the post office) had its right rear window smashed and the car stereo stolen. The crime occurred sometime within the early morning hours.
Last Nov. 21, a light green Toyota Camry parked outside an apartment near KL Store in Koblerville was burglarized. The rear left window was broken and a $40 military stopwatch was stolen. The crime occurred overnight.
