Adam Salalila reigned supreme in the Saipan Radio Control Racers Club’s new “Young Gun” 1/10 Electric Stock Truck-Short Course class, which was featured as part of the group’s regular monthly event held last Sunday at their track in As Lito.

Other winners included Adam’s father Paul taking the Open Short Course Class, while Jude and Butter Dickinson won their respective A-Main Stock and B-Main Class affairs.

Adam Salalila’s TraXXas Slash won the kids class in convincing fashion ahead of James Salalila’s runner-up Team Losi XXX-SCT and third place finisher Kodin Diaz (TraXXas Slash).

Paul Salaila’s Kyosho SC-R took both the pole and the checkered flag in the open class, beating out Jude Dickinson’s Losi XXX-SCT and Leo Gatus’ TraXXas Slash.

Dickenson would find pay dirt however as his TraXXas Slash dominated in the A-Main event, taking first place after coming into the final heat as the top qualifier ahead of Rodney Catalla’s runner-up Team Associated SC10 and Paul Salalila’s TraXXas Slash.

In the B-Main race, Butter Dickenson’s TraXXas Slash finished ahead of Kurt Diaz (TraXXas Slash) and Amir Abuan (Team Associated SC10).
