Changing for the better

The first two days I was in Madrid was kind of hard for me because for the first time in my life I wasn’t traveling with my parents. I met new people like señor Raffael and our host señor mayor. It was also kind of hard for us to communicate with other people because they speak Spanish and we speak English. But luckily we had Fr. Art with us to translate for us.

The day that I really liked was Aug. 21, because that was the night when we slept under the stars at Cuatro Vientos. The trip to Madrid changed a lot of things for me. I took responsibility when I am alone. I disciplined myself as my parents were not there with me. When I returned, I never talk back to my parents anymore and I now follow what my parents tell me.
